EFT Psychotherapist for Individuals, Couples & groups
I base my work as a psychotherapist on the EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) method. In EFT your feelings and emotions are the most important part of your navigation system throughout life.
Apart from EFT I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and coaching in my therapy sessions
I believe in the good of people, and appreciate the different facets and parts of one’s personality, we all have. Personally, I live by “You can do what you want as long as it does not harm others” and strive to take it to another level and also help others. I believe that we are responsible for our lives and the sooner we take that responsibility, the better.
My sincere interest in people and burning desire to help others has led me to my current employment and the title “Certified EFT Psychotherapist”. I have been working with clients and therapy sessions since 2013. For 2 years, I was working as a volunteer at LMS – a Danish NGO for people struggling with selfharm and eating disorders (BED, Annorexia, Bulimia). My professional path has led me past communications, project management and HR.
